My Story

From Saddle to Sold
Twenty-three years ago I swapped race silks for a suit and discovered something: the same nerves that fire up a jockey at the barrier can turn an auction room electric. Since then I’ve called more than 1 700 auctions and steered countless families through one of life’s biggest moves, all within the coastal arc I’ve called home for three decades.

My Approach to Selling Your Home
When you’re selling, you want straight answers and a clear plan. Here’s how I work to get the best result for your property:
Why these numbers matter?
Fully licensed since 2002 - I’ve seen every market mood swing and I’m still here.
Director of my own firms for 20 years, now leading Marshall White Bayside/Kingston, private-ownership focus, big-brand reach.
1 700 + properties sold | 70–80 % clearance over the past decade, proof that strategy beats luck.
Will buyers really compete for my home?
Yes, but only if they feel confident. My job is to create an auction environment that’s calm, steady and competitive. Buyers stay engaged longer when the auctioneer is composed and in control. That’s how bidding stretches further and prices climb higher.

How do you know what my home is worth?
Not with guesswork. Every campaign is built on hard data, school-zone premiums, shoreline price gaps, buyer heat-maps. I back every recommendation with local market evidence so you understand exactly where your property sits and how to position it for success.
Where will the buyers come from?
Beyond the open homes. I leverage a 20,000-strong Bayside buyer database, along with alliances across Melbourne and interstate. That means we surface off-market buyers and motivated bidders that others often miss.

Can I trust the price advice you give me?
You’ll always get the real number, not the “feel-good” one. I believe in brutal honesty delivered diplomatically; so you have a true picture of where the market is, and a clear plan to beat it.
How will you manage the process?
With the discipline of elite sport. From early preparation through to auction day follow-through, I run every campaign with sharp strategy and relentless consistency. Nothing left to chance; just a clear process that carries you from listing to keys-handed-over.
